Adviser of business development activities responsible for Supporting and assisting the deputyship of revenues to identify business weaknesses, challenges, determine relevant solutions and managing projects in order to fill the gabs, increase the revenues and achieve goals
Achievements:
• Developing reporting system for government’s revenues (manually & automated).
• Exceeding direct revenues goals in 2019 and 2021,
• Launching the national violation platform “EFAA”
• Develop automated forecasting tool through Artificial Intelligence.
Activates:
• Leading the activities of monitoring and reporting revenues flow as well supporting relevant support decision making.
• Managing the relationships with external and internal stakeholders for deputyship related subjects to revenues
• Managing the contract of developing and providing electronic payments solutions.
• Leading the advisory team for the study of government entities violations and related regulations and procedures.
• Initiating projects and preparing RFPs for deputyship’s projects
• Study the feasibility of building government complexes to utilize government spending.
• Preparing a project of utilizing the government office spaces for Riyadh’s government’s entities.
• Managing a project of utilizing Hotels portfolio that owned by MOF.
• Study the Ability of privatizing Government press entity.
• Representing the Ministry in many different internal and external committees.
Achievements:
• Awarded and signed contracts with total value around 50 Million Saudi Riyal.
• Nominated as "Marketing Manager" and "Customer Service Distribution Channels Manager" as part of SAR Succession Management Program.
• Being part of SAR Leadership program.
• Sign several MOUs and NDAs with several potential customers.
• Hired by SAR for my wide experience in Business Development and strategy on better and higher position level.
Activates:
Managing and leading SAR’s Business development activities for the Core and Non-Core Business which include:
• Bidding Management: Leading SAR's Team for preparing the technical and commercial Bids to participate in different tenders with SAUDI ARAMCO and MA'ADEN.
• Managing relationships and stakeholders: Assisting the mega projects for the highest potential customers such as:
o Build a multi logistic terminals in cooperation with Saudi industrial property authority (MODON).
o Connect the high potential customers in Al-Jubail industrial city with the rail network like SABIC Plants, SADARA, and SATORP... Etc.
• Member in several committees such as the Executive Business Development headed by the CEO and retail Management.
• Supervision of the five years BD strategy.
• Market research and segmentation: to track freight flow in order to assist the investment of the fleet expansion and viable income streams.
• Increasing client base: Build a Relationship and Sign MOUs and NDA's with interested customers.
• Cost Modeling and feasibility analysis: to evaluate rail transportation business opportunities.
Achieved the target for 2014 and 2015.
Recruited from strategic planning division for my soft skills and my ability to conduct business development activities.

• Working hand to hand with the excuictive director to establish the business unit with all aspects of preparation.
• Established communications and contacts with senior professionals in water sector in both public and private sector.
• Managing the relationship with water directorate across the kingdom.

• Reclassification the electricity tariff for NWC from government class to industrial class
• Building Database for water and wastewater sectors in corporation with ministry of water and electricity (MOWE)
• Identify, review the policy and procedures for the division in corporation with Business Excellence division.
• Receive, study, evaluate then solve so many general cases from corporate office relative to strategy
In order to disccover and get a lock to the works environment and the real working experiance during my undergraduate study, I used to work at Adeed trading company as an accountant under human resources departments, the daily tasks were to rebuild the human resource database in order to use the new HR ORACLE system
Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering From Engineering College at king Saud University, The core of Industrial Engineering is designed to manage and operate the different types systems such as industrial and service systems by using the optimum methods to support the preference to achieve the targets and have great results in the management and operation of the business as whole
