Job Summary:
1- Responsible for developing relationships with almajal departments to provide them with high-end training and development their nominees geared towards improving their department.
General Responsibilities:
1- Provide a wide range of performance-based, classical model trainings to managerial level looking to develop their employees
2- Provide consulting services to departments looking to improve through the use of best practices and high standards, specifically related to strategic planning, organizational development and executive coaching
3- Design and develop new trainings that can be offered to almajal employees.
4- Regularly develop value-added content (Reporting system)
5- Expected to participate in the almajal employee’s process, identifying and contacting leads, and moving them through the training cycle.
Major Aspects Covered:
1- Teaming - Based on the belief that teaming can produce better results through the use of collaboration and synergy, almajal expects this individual to teach teaming concepts that are in alignment with almajal teaming philosophy, and helping coach teams to develop progress plans and achieve better results.

• Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs in the company kingdom wide.
• Supervise technical training for staff.
