- Member of Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SA PMT) in the Offshore
Special Project Div (OSPD)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising and coordination with Contractor for all aspects of
project materials activity to best protect and utilize Company resources.
- Monitoring, providing direction and expertise for the planning & implementation of
P&SCM materials executed by the Contractor including support for the design &
construction of the project.

Work as subcontracted Project Management Consultant (PMC) with Saudi
Aramco Project Management Team (SA PMT) in the Engineering and
Coordination Division (ECD)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Material requisition’s packages, project record books, finding source of
supply, maintaining data base of source for all disciplines Materials (Piping, Civil,
Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation)
- Bid’s review and technical evaluation of vendor’s submittals etc.
-Directly involve in correspondence with client, status review/update meetings with client,
planning and execution of deliverables submission.
-Preparation & submission of progress & status reports.
-Coordination with disciplines for the submission of documents, quality assured and
control of submittals.

Procurement for all Mechanical material system (HVAC, Plumping and
Firefighting system).
- Review / assess (Client / Consultant) Specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and
Drawings to determine suitable material and suppliers.
- Prepare inquiry documents per technical specifications, BOQ's and Drawings with

- Pre-qualification for the selected Vendors with reference to the (Client/Consultant)
approved Vender list.
- Support engineering for any technical clarification or new product development process
which includes order processing until pilot production.
- Conduct prices with comparison sheets and commercial negotiation to optimize the
purchases within the budgeted amount.
- Expedite the Site Team for the timely review, approval and return of engineering data
submitted in order to initiate Purchase Order.
- Co-ordination with internal department from the receipt of materials till the dispatch.
- Appointing third party Inspection, expediting and clearing and forwarding agencies.
- Prepare, Review, & Issue (Purchase Orders/Contracts) in accordance with selected
suppliers, price and technical specifications.
