Main roles and duties are as following:
1. Oversee and manage the development of Technology governance policies, standards
and processes and ensure conformity with regulatory and legal requirements
2. Supervise the day-to-day operations of Business Technology departments/Sections to
ensure that work processes are implemented and comply with established Policies,
Standards, Processes
3. Create frameworks for Business Technology Governance department and Technology
Policies and standards Section
4. Define and implement Technology Policies and standards Section processes,
Workflows, and SLA in CLM tool
5. Setup operational KPIs for established policies and ensure that regulatory and legal
requirements are being met
6. Identify departmental Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and ensure to setup and implement
adequate controls to mitigate key risks
7. Act as BTG Division controller and main point of contact with all internal and external
relevant Stakeholders along with all Riyad Bank subsidiaries such as Riyad Capital,
London branch, and Houston Agency
Working as Project Manager/Senior ABAP Consultant/Workflow Administrator, for IT in the head office in Riyadh.
Main tasks:
1. Develop, Maintain and Enhance existing programs in different modules like (HCM, MM, SD, PS, FICO)
2. Develop OData for Fiori-applications and web-services (EPM)
3. Normal support for IT Services
4. Worked on HCM project to automate most processes (Recruitment, End of Service, Loans requests, Medical Ins. requests & Reports... etc.)
5. E-file Project for HCM (integrated solution Blue gate (Web) with SAP system), main responsibilities are: Develop, Maintain and Enhance RFCs, Infotypes, tables, screens… etc.
6. Maintaining and Enhancing Travel Management WFs
7. Managed BI Migrating project.

-Senior ABAP Consultant and Workflow administrator for SAP Business Intelligence Division (Domestic Sales Customer Dashboard (DSCD) Project) at Saudi Aramco.
-Senior ABAP Consultant for SAP Plant
Maintenance & Quality Management Division (Plant Maintenance Process Optimization (PMPO) Project), at Saudi Aramco.
-Senior ABAP Consultant and Workflow administrator for SAP Supply Chain Management Division Material Control Group (Material Forecasting, Issuing and Cataloging (MFIC) Project), at Saudi Aramco.
-Project Manager/Technical lead, Senior ABAP Consultant, Quality Assurance and Workflow administrator for IT at GCC Interconnection Authority Company (GCCIA).
Worked as an ABAP Developer and Workflow administrator (EDP SYSTEMS ANALYST) for SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management Division (Aviation Group) at Saudi Aramco. Duties included:
• Usual development and support for Aviation Department
(aircraft’s maintenance operations)
• Implementing reports for monitoring aircrafts maintenance
• Implementing and supporting aviation Workflow templates and events
Worked as an ABAP Developer for SAP Hydrocarbon Applications Dept/Hydrocarbon Management Division (HCM/HSCM) at Saudi Aramco. Duties included:
• Usual development and support for the Oil movement and sales operations
• Monitoring and verifying data vessels reports (IRS) and creating and submitting these reports through Power Builder
• Supporting OSPAS Dep. besides monitoring and verifying the daily morning reports (DPMR, PMCR)

Providing network connectivity and network upgrade. This includes dealing with different Microsoft operating systems such as windows NT, windows 2000 professional and windows XP. Dealing with different LAN switches and WAN routers was involved during my working period
