Purchasing: Deal with the suppliers and submit a lot of corporate deal that help the company to save time and money with better quality. JDE system working well and all the months POs are going thoroughly the system with organized way. Moreover, serve more than 45 fashion shops and 8 F&B restaurants in many cities ( Riyadh, Jeddah, Ehsss, Makkah, Dammam and Dhahran) for all needs. Furthermore, all the contracts needed for opening such as ( fire system, CCTV, secuirty system and Boeker) are perfect and on time. Moreover, receive more than 3 quotations in any requested order with the best market's vendors to help the company to reach it is needs. Marketing: organize all the designs and the artworks for F&B and fashion shops. Handle new ideas for customer services that causes customer satisfying. Others: some of the below tasks and orders are still under my responsibility.
Purchasing: purchase orders and quotations, help to increase the level of quality, decrease the costs in the same quality, organize all the invoices on Manual Binders+ JDE system.
Organize all the orders for IT department, HR, fashion shops and F&B from local suppliers and external suppliers from (UK, USA, UAE, KWT, BHA and Lebanon)
Control all Marketing + advertising printing for more than 25 shops.
Opened a lot of fashion shops and restaurants like Gymboree, Punt Roma, Salsa, Intimissimi and Calzidonea. Paul, Kosebasi and Bucher shop & Grill.
Logistics department: internal + external, control some logistics issue related to Procurement department for `Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Ahssa and Dhahran shops.
Inventory department: inventory wear houses that control all the out and in transfers. Deals with DHL, Aramex and Sendex.
HR department: support by organizing employees salaries and manage employees HR database. Furthermore, organize and furnishing 14 apartments and organize the housing for more than 150 employees.
Maintenance Department: maintain and solve the problems for shops and houses from electrical and constrictions issues.
Others: help and organize the cash collection for Riyadh shops. Help to calculate and control the salaries for employees.
Purchase all the contracting needed for the projects; organize all the orders in manual Binders. Follow up all the orders and receive all the goods on time. Help the company to save more than 25% in the purchasing issues after negotiation with vendors.
