• Electrical Design (little exposure)

• Complying to HSE regulations / Statutory Regulations
• Procurement
• Contracts
• Contract Variations
• Profit calculations based on CODs vs. Basic prices & Variation orders
• Variation orders (from A to Z)
• Spare parts & Interchangeability Records
• Insurance Spare Parts
• Coordination between Contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
Reported to: GM (not frequently), Project Manager (Daily), MEP Manager (Daily), Project Engineer (Daily), Engineering Manager (Daily)
One of the small companies in UAE which is dealing with the fire and life safety equipment’s & devices. Due to its small this, I was responsible to carry out most of the Engineering works, estimationsetc…I have completed the Civil Defence exam which certifies that I am now an approved Fire alarm Engineer with a score of 98 % For Fire alarm systems & voice evacuation; and a score of 89 % For Emergency Lightings and Exit Lights.
