- Buisiness Bay Hotel by Aabar
Senior Project Manager leading re-design and interior design stage. This task is currently in progress and it is particularly challenging due to the special nature of this project having major redesign and interior design works while the main contractor is onboard. Design Manager for post contract stage of the entire program and subsequently undertaking the responsibilities of Project Director leading the team during close out stage. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring the consultants and contractors performance, coordination with
client and end user, change and risk management in conjunction with the project team. The job duties included leading a challenging scope of FF&E works comprising thousands of items throughout tender evaluation and post contract stages.
- Meydan Heights Villas - (Dubai)
Lead Sr. Project Manager and main point of contact, during the entire project life cycle, in charge of managing the design, procurement and site supervision team until successful handing over of the project. Responsibilities include coordination with Client, Statutory Authorities, PMC, Consultants professional teams and Contractor.

Lead Sr. Project manager and main point of contact in charge of managing the design and site supervision team. Responsibilities include coordination with Client, PM, Consultants professional teams and Contractor.
- Musanada Program - (Abu Dhabi)
Project manager in charge of preparation an audit report for all Musanada’s
projects under construction in Abu Dhabi. Project Management to 8 schools projects in Abu Dhabi under the main Musanada schools program.
- ADNEC Phase II Exhibition Centre - (Abu Dhabi)
Project Manager through all project life cycle with a focus on fit-out works, commercial, change management, and project close out. Contributed with the project team in delivery of this unique project on time despite the very challenging programme and market difficulties
- ADNEC Starwood Aloft Hotel - (Abu Dhabi)
Project Manager in the design development and procurement stages. Played a significant role in finalizing a number of provisional sums packages that exceeded 60% of project budget in a very challenging market conditions
-General Holding Corporation (GHC) - (Abu Dhabi)
Seconded to carry out the duties of Client Representative to manage and monitor the scope of works for both consultant and contractor. Despite being in charge after a contractor was appointed with significant absence of design information, managed to lead the job for completion with minor delay, high quality, and considerable cost saving.
