• Provide administrative support to the team in facilitating day to day activities
• Proactively manage tasks as delegated by the manager; identify and handle issues that may arise to facilitate the smooth running and continuity of the business
• Efficiently carry out assignments as and when given by the manager or as a part of the team initiatives / project work

• Proficiently manage credit application with risk management to ensure the readiness of the credit facilities and review of contracts

• Maintaining discreet confidentiality of information, in addition ensuring all documents relating to customers to be securely filed and safe kept in an electronic format
• Ensure compliance with all the relevant policies and procedures
• Ensure service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer or prospect’s interaction with Gulf Bank.
