Responsibilities:
• Development of procurement process and procedures. Trains and assists staff for procurement department. .
• Managing of the on boarder process for new suppliers and central stores Department, Conducting all relevant checks in line with group policy.
• Contracts management, prepare RFQ includes (Specification, BOQ and /drawings) and secure documentation for contract awards.
• Preparing the comparative statement related to Civil/MEB packages and releasing LPOs.
• Assist all departments' managers with regards to purchasing and consulting needs.
• Preparing all related reports to the higher Mgt.
• Corresponds with vendors regarding registration, Payments and submission of bids.
• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues, vendors and management.
• Ensuring compliance in all areas of procurement activity.
• Lead negotiation strategy with suppliers/Subcontractors in order to maximize the revenue for the organization.
• Monitoring and evaluate subcontractors progress to avoid any negative impact related to project progress.
• Following up deliverers and track shipments in order to get the material as per agreed delivery progress schedule.
• Handling all subcontractors (SOW) by reviewing the proposals related to Civil & MEP .
