Job Responsibilities:

a) Development of line reports including training, coaching, monitoring and motivating them.
b) Supporting the stakeholder in ensuring that all Purchasing activity in the business area is captured and channeled through Purchasing dept. in a structured and timely way.

k) Communicate plans & strategy to external suppliers/third parties ensuring business requirements of both strategic and operational level are signed off and delivered.
l) Conduct detailed supply market & supplier research.
m) Ensure that supplier contracts drive performance against quantifying business needs & continuous improvements.
n) Ensure appropriate engagement of legal resource & manage legal input to meet business and purchasing needs to ensure that contractual issues are properly managed.
o) Accountable for completion of all Purchasing documentation according to Audit requirements.
p) Accountable for identifying & mitigating risks in all Purchasing projects.
