• In this role I report directly to the EMEA Finance Manager and indirectly to the Finance Controller of Middle East.
• Owns and executes accounting processes. For all Middle East Entities
• Performs analysis of transnational accounting information to support top-management decision making.
• Escalation point of contact for customer issues related to area of expertise
• Key point of contact for implementation of new corporate-wide accounting processes and systems.
• Implements and assures effective Compliance initiatives and business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
• Training and mentoring of department team.
• Supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and communication procedures to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- In this role I was reporting to the accounting manager.
- Provide a periodically financial reports to the accounting manager (Cash flow, Income statements, and aging reports)
- Cash and banks reconciliation
- Validating and approving all daily transactions.
- Prepare and report KPI for the team members.
- Performs after-sales accounting process such as:
• Working with the spare parts manager on the yearly budget for the SP imports.
• Providing consolidated reports for the profit margins coming from SP sales based on the yearly cars sales reports and the historical SP consumptions report.
• Providing costing reports for every SP shipment and supporting in the pricing taking into consideration the HQ guidelines and the exchange rate fluctuations.
• Coordinating all the correspondences with the HQ related to all the discrepancies in the SP shipments and leading a team who was responsible for the scrap disposal and reporting it to the HQ and monitor the reimbursement.
• Monitoring the SP sales to all the suppliers and reporting the revenues from both selling to suppliers/customers and the revenue generated from providing these Spare parts to the Workshop.
- In this role I was reporting to the general manager.
- I was responsible for providing a monthly reports about current and estimated profits according to the estimated tourism traffic.
- Preparing reports about the market share for our company and efficiency of increasing the activity.
- Analyzing the balance sheet and the income statement and other financial reports in order to providing reports about the optimal way to increase profits.
I have graduated from a well reputable institute for business administration, majored in finance and banking. The study period was 5 years, last two for the major.
