• Founded and currently heading the Digital & Social operations for one of the top media agencies in Bahrain in terms of strategy, planning, implementation, performance optimization and measurement. Contributing to Business Development & Growth Strategies.
• Managing the digital/social business across Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and KSA.
• Working closely with marketing teams to achieve their annual marketing plan in line with the allocated marketing budgets.
• Performance-driven marketing & mobile-first approach for clients such as American Express (AMEX), Gulf Finance House (GFH), National Bank Of Bahrain, HSBC BH, Qatar Islamic Bank, Gulf Finance House (GFH), Bahrain International Circuit, Kimberley Clark, IKEA, Zain, Moda Mall, American University of Bahrain and many more.
• Responsible for planning and executing integrated digital & social media strategies and activations that resonate with the client’s overall brand positioning and marketing strategy.
• In charge of developing and implementing the most efficient online media plans including e-commerce, display, video, search, social, mobile and programmatic as well as all SEO technical/content audit and ongoing maintenance. Website development & Google analytics.
• Responsible for all social media content management including tracking and analyzing social data through various social listening tools.
• Reporting & analysis for all campaigns to assess results against KPIs and review ROI
• Data-driven marketing with dynamic creative optimization
• Supplier relationship management for enhanced campaign performance, innovation and cost negotiations
• Closely working with creative agencies and PR agencies to fulfill client’s overall objectives
• Regularly liaising with offline teams to create fully-fledged 360 strategies for clients.
• Leading on all integrated and digital pitches.
• In charge of New Business Development
• Market and cross-sell all our internal products and services to implement the company’s growth plan.
