1- Performance Management
Assist Personal Loans Sales Manger in recruitment & Training
Recruit as and when required to ensure that staffing requirements are met
Ensure al DSAs is aware of products and promotions of the bank
Monitor DSA performance on daily; Weekly & monthly basis
Take corrective action as necessary by reporting to PL Sales Manager
Ensure the teams are allocated territory& companies for maximum productivity
Provide your DSA’s leave planner with assurance of not having more than
10% Is on leave in a monthly basis
Accompany sales officers on sales call
2- Sales Targets
Meet personal sales target as agreed with PL sales Manager
Financial: 112 Mio (1 Jan till 31 Dec 2010)

Financials to be achieved by:
- Quarterly action plan
- Managing to meet your daily, Weekly and Monthly run rate
3- Service Quality
Meet or exceed service standards with an aim to costumer as per the following parameters: Service Quality report, Complaints resolutions/service recovery
Meet the standard of 95% error free applications
4- Cross Selling
Ensure that DSAs maximize cross selling opportunities
Ensure that all personal loan customers are sold credit card
5- Approved List Of Companies and company packages
Increase the loans Approved List Of Companies
Maintain MOD/NON MOD sales ratio @ 50:50
Assist in updating / maintaining the ALOC with relevant details for a healthy portfolio
Visit to Govt/ Semi Govt. / Private Organizations
Nexus Insurance Brokerage (the main representative for Zurich, Friends
Provident, ACE international, Aviva, Islamic Takaful from Aman Islamic Insurance& all corporate general insurance)
Achieve Monthly target
Manage and tanning new sales rep. (for daily activity, field support, product knowledge, Sales skills)
Opening new marketing by listing new company
