Complete Execution Check-up of Interiors. All areas inspected (bedroom / bathroom / living / dining / kitchen / balcony / servant quarters, etc) All systems & elements covered (Ceilings / Walls / Floors / Doors / Windows / Electrical / Plumbing / Cabinets / countertops / Ventilation & Exhaust systems / Water Supply, etc.) Inspection Coverage: Material Types, Installation & Finishing, Operations & Functionality, General Safety, etc. Detect the Issues, Describe the outcome, Direct Solutions.
Undertake interior projects execution to completion. Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief” Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans. Set costs and project fees according to budget. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing. Produce “sample” and “mood products”. Supervise work progress. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
Interior design, start of the planning process and will plan each element of a building's interior, from the physical layout of rooms to picking color schemes and light fittings., rehabilitation & Maintenance.
