Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new joiners.

Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Draw an overall or individualized development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Responsible for all store & Employee development & accountable for visual merchandising in stores.
Actively contributes to development of the business initiatives relevant to brand projects.
Lead store teams to achieve their sales targets shrinkage targets & control operational costs in order to meet the Business Plan.
Maximize the potential of Store Management & Employees through performance management, coaching & identifying development opportunities to ensure all stores are staffed correctly including succession planning & ongoing monitoring of manpower planning.
Build external networks to understand market trends & competitor activity feedback, enabling central teams to maintain a competitive advantage.
Contribute to all aspects of business development including new store openings & recommendations for closure. Liaise with internal & external parties.

Set store team attendance schedules according to business needs and follow up implementation.
Motivate team to achieve their individual and store targets, and determine top and low performers.
Handle team disciplines, and communicate properly to HR manager.
Manage all store transfers to ensure appropriate stock levels are available and communicate effectively with brand team.
Implement Store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning according to brand guidelines, Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions.
Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls.
Conduct inventory of products as per brand standards and ensure accuracy.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily work of Subordinate employees, Ensuring that Customers have a pleasant shopping experience and Completing many other duties necessary to ensure the store operates in an effective and efficient manner .
- Making sure that each individual is adequately trained to fill their Job title and supervise the work that they do throughout their Job at the store.
- Develop and communicate Store Standards to Associates.
- Forecast scheduling needs and ensure sufficient associates on the floor to meet Customer demand.
- Observe and evaluate associates job performance.
- Handles Occupational safety and employee relations within the store and relates any issues back to the Head Office.
- Available to Customers who wish to express either their Pleasure or displeasure regarding an aspect of the store, extremely well versed in matters of Customer Service.
- Ensure all Products and displays are merchandised effectively in order to maximize sales and profitability.
- Responsible for handling the Cash at the end of each work day and required to ensure that all deposits are accurate.
- Check the inventory on a frequent basis and make sure that orders are delivered as scheduled.
