•Making follow-ups and inspect on Government, royal families private vehicles which we received for repair.
•Guiding and updating clients on their vehicles repairing progress.
•Handle multi incoming calls a day from clients and updating them on their vehicle status immediately.
•Coordinating with the technical foremen’s in daily operations
•Dealing with irate clients sometimes multiple & take appropriate actions in resolving conflicts and problems regarding their vehicles.
•Inputting daily data entries & day to day administration.
•Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and maintaining vehicles Data.
•Creating job cards for inspected vehicle designation faults and submit it to the technical staff
•Maintain vehicles job cards, documents and filling
•Making follow- ups and co-ordinate with purchasing department on pending vehicles which are waiting for parts.
•Making vehicle reports and quotation on vehicles which are less in budget and submit the report to the technical manager for approval.
•Transfer vehicles from one section to another repair section depending on job descriptions.
•Make excellent use of FLEET FOCUS program in which we update job description given by technicians, labor entry for mechanics, vehicle fuel tickets, call center and vehicle complete repair history.
