MEP works.
* Study the project drawings & specification and provide guidance to design engineers.
* Regular meeting with main contractor / consultants / client for progress of the project and collect
missing information from design documents.
* Conduct periodical meeting with design team to review schedules and enhance the design concept.
* Conduct interview and test for new recruitment of draughtsman and arrange them training.
Study and check the design drawings & specification.
* Prepare RFI (Request for Information) and arrange meeting with Architect / Consultant to clear
conceptual design issues.
* Implementation of DEWA / Civil Defense requirement’s while finalizing the shop drawings.
* Coordinate with other MEP shop drawings and other suppliers requirements.
* Guide project engineers to prepare material submittal as per specification.
* Preparation of bill of quantities as per approved material submittals.
Awareness on ISO 9001 standard.
* Prepare material submittals, method statement for the MEP works in coordination with project
Managers.
* Make an inspection request for new materials arrived at site with consultant / main contractor.
* Regular inspection of site activities and issue observations about installation to site engineers /
construction managers.
* Conduct periodical training program for site personal to ensure and enhance the quality of installation.
* Coordinate with main contractor and consultant to solve the quality issues
