Duties:
Following up on the project progress in terms of approvals, development, testing and deployment.
Translation of business requirements into technical specifications by holding the needed meetings with both business and technical teams.
Integrate with all Orange network infrastructures including Core, post-paid & Pre-paid charging, DWH and provisioning.
Managing & coordinating between all stakeholders under Products & Services department throughout projects (USSD, Portal, EtopUp, Orange Money, SMSC)
Increase in-house developments and further develop this initiative to minimize the company’s expenses.
Study Business requirements carefully and build with the team the proper design to fulfil commercial plans.
Duties:
Work with all Technology teams to configure, monitor and report the performance of different services.
Work with different suppliers through TAC cases to fix the software bugs and other operational issues of DN Management platforms
Install, test, do the acceptance and upgrade of all DNM Platforms under responsibility.
Report the Network Capacity Issues of all DN infrastructures and follow up on them till being resolved with Technical Teams.
The overall job purpose is to provide reliable and efficient support and provisioning to endusers networks customers. The Managed Networks team are a key part of the Managed Services department and provide two main functions:
Dedicated support to business and endusers customers of TE Data, including high-end business grade routers and firewalls.
Build and deployment of managed hardware for customer solutions.
This role is expected to expand into other hardware categories including VOIP PBX and managed switches in the future.
