Working as "Instrument & Control Technician" in SWCC Yanbu, KSA - Power and Desalination plants.
Diagnosing faults and carrying out troubleshooting, loop checking, reading P&I drawings, wiring diagrams, overhaul, repair and servicing during plant shutdown. Preventative maintenance of field Instruments.. Installation and commissioning of various field instruments.
Routine maintenance of various analyzers such as pH, Conductivity, Chlorine, Smoke Density, Flue gas Oxygen etc.
Checking of relay logic and solid state modules and calibration of relevant instrument & control loops.
Calibration of Pneumatic and Electronic Instruments including the Vibration Transducers, Magnetic flow meters, pneumatic & electronic controllers, video-Recorders (Touch Screen), Smart Pressure, Temperature, DP Transmitters, Level transmitters utilizing the handheld HART Terminal, control valves, pneumatic actuators and associated accessories like the I/P converters, Valve Positioners, PID controllers
I worked with MHI renew to DCS/Control System (DIASYS Netmation) since 2006
i have experience in troubleshooting, analysis of the data and maintenance for software and hardware for DCS (MHI),
also i have certificates and training for operation and maintenance (SSPA-T3000).
