- Update Chairman with HRG Performance (Sales/Profit) in a monthly, Quarterly & Half Year basis.
- Solve day to day work problems with our corporate clients
- Provide regular training to the employees on new products and policies of the organization
- Provide direction, motivation to the team for ensuring optimum performance
