Supported the coordination and implementation of a regional youth and community resilience program across Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine, working closely with local and regional partners to ensure effective planning, communication, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisted in coordinating cross-country project activities and ensuring timely implementation across Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine.
* Organized and facilitated workshops, trainings, youth exchanges, meetings, and community events.
* Coordinated with partner organizations, facilitators, volunteers, and participants from different countries.
* Monitored project progress, work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
* Prepared narrative reports, activity documentation, attendance records, and meeting minutes.
* Supported monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and project reporting processes.
* Managed event logistics, participant registration, travel arrangements, accommodation, and training materials.
* Facilitated psychosocial support (PSS) and life skills sessions for children and youth.
* Maintained effective communication with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and project partners.
* Supported safeguarding, inclusion, and meaningful youth participation throughout project implementation.
* Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Regional Experience & Achievements:

* Traveled to Jordan to participate in and support regional training and capacity-building activities.
* Contributed to the successful implementation of regional initiatives promoting youth leadership, peacebuilding, and community resilience.
* Worked collaboratively with teams and partners across Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine.
* Member of the AFSC Global Youth Network, contributing to regional and international youth engagement initiatives.
