- Supervise the distribution process of handsets among all company's Touch Points
- Provide Support to Sales Teams, Corporate Sales, Consumer Sales as follows:

* Knowledge enhancement and training
* Sales Analysis and target review
* Commision calculation & review
* Prepare, review, and communicate contracts to sales parties

• Planning, monitoring and reporting variations to programs, projects and services.
• Resolving conflicts or problems and responding to inquiries concerning programs, projects or services in hand, and stakeholders.
• Managing paperwork related to programs, projects and services provided.
• Working with other Project Managers, Project Owners and others to ensure that objectives and goals are met.
• Advising senior and top management on issues and matters that require attention and ensure implementing their decisions.
• Overlooking work by project team members and reporting on variations to work orders and baselines.
• Preparing and reviewing reports concerning the organization's activities and projects.
• Collecting and analyzing data associated with projects provided, and reporting on project outcomes for the concerned parties.
