Main responsibilities:
- Full Project Management
• Follow up on the construction project from start to finish.
• Oversee Contracts
• Perform a main role in project planning and budgeting
• Managing the budget, minimizing exposure and risk

- Supervising and coordinating turnkey projects
- ensure the quality of the work while reviewing the progress of work as per the contract terms / schedule.
- Making sure client expectations are met and exceeded in terms of quality of product and service delivered
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
- Analyze project profitability and feasibility
- Revise and coordinate architectural shop drawings
