• Provide a variety of administrative and clerical support functions.
• Overall responsibility of the maintenance of the Sage database.
• Maintain accurate and up to date human resource files, records and documentation.

• Handle number of calls/contact (in French, Arabic & English) & follow-up on client’s commitment to pay - Prepare a weekly reminder and send them the reminder emails
• Send collection standard letters/Emails to un-contactable clients, sale extra services that the company provide
• Performs financial intake reviews with clients which include establishing payment arrangements and explaining terms and conditions
