Worked on projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia encompassing project / program management and strategy execution consulting.
Coordination and oversight of Corporate and Retail Business Unit product portfolio, including
Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions (MICE), sponsorships, F1 in Schools™ program, corporate and retail driving experiences.

Support establishment of the Office of Strategy Management (OSM):
• Developed key functions of the OSM.

• Responsible for induction of 30 initiative managers during the first performance reporting cycle. At the end of the cycle, a majority (>60%) fulfilled adequate reporting standards.
Implement Strategy Communications Plan:
• Led regular communications sessions with Strategy Ambassadors, informing them of new processes, addressing their queries, and collecting feedback.
• Published internal communication articles on OSM establishment progress and strategy-related topics for all employees.
• Coordinated with all Project Directors worldwide and responded to queries ensuring that projects were prepared for changes as required.
Support on-going Continuous Improvement Projects:
• Built process flowcharts, created templates, and wrote Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines.
• Supported accomplishment of mapping and rolling out operations processes (Procurement, Human Resources, Risk Management, Due Diligence and others).
• Ensured compliance of all policy documentation to relevant guidelines.
