In this job, I was holding multiple tasks at the same time. Accomplishing patients' medical report requests, reserving patients' appointments and confirming them, approaching the respective doctors/surgeons and providing service to the patients in the reception.
As a coordinator in a medical field, I was assigned to send approvals to insurance companies, daily check the physicians' availability, negotiate with the colleagues and distribute memorandums.
As a Receptionist in a medical center, I was assigned in the reception to provide services for the incoming patients. To confirm appointments, to add, to move, to update the given system, and to deal with clients and patients (mostly in financial transactions).
