Planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the organization of the recruitment office in Dubai, focusing mainly on clients within healthcare, hospitality, finance, semi government and retail in Middle East
Responsibilities
o Recruitment & Clients: Database management, client relationship management, delegating and monitoring the team of recruitment consultants, recruitment process
o Business Development: Marketing, Social Media and events
o Facility Management: coordinate all practical aspects of the office
o Finance: Budget planning and implementation, financial administration, invoicing and follow up payments, preparations and liaison with accountant for annual audit
o Human Resources: Recruitment and hiring process own employees, commission structure and performance monitoring, development coaching and motivating team, VISA, labour card applications, salary slips, NOC’s, medical insurance
o Legal: DMCC; rules & regulations, portal, applications and communication, UAE labour law, HAAD/MOH/DHA Healthcare Professionals Personal Qualification Requirements (PQR)
Focusing on consulting, implementation and execution of HR processes aimed at inflow and outflow of personnel, by taking up and carry out multiple reintegration projects (individuals and groups).
Responsibilities
o Conducting orientation and intake interviews with candidates and processing of data, drafting and implementation of the plan for coaching and mediation and determine the process for each candidate
o Coaching and mediating candidates using group and individual methods,
o Provide training and workshops on topics as Personal Branding, CV and cover letter, Job interviews
o Advising companies regarding their reintegration and/or mobility policy and its implementation
o Collecting and interpreting information about the market, formulate and implement market plan, visiting existing and prospective clients to generate assignments, vacancies and to build a long-term relationship, building and maintaining an internal and external network with employers, government and social organizations
Outplacement (work to work), public-private projects (social welfare and unemployed candidates), reintegration trajectories according to Gatekeeper Law (sick and disabled candidates), individual training and workshop assignments for profit organizations
Taking up both client service and candidate selection. As an expert in the local labour market, understanding the clients’ needs and the candidate profiles that best meet their needs, recruiting temporary or permanent employees and making the perfect match.
