Job Summary
Coordinates and supervises all activates on the Inbound/outbound goods and ensures operations are coordinated efficiently
• Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all time.
• Plan the daily work schedule by reviewing existing work orders, arrival notice and instruction from customer.
• Asses priorities based on time sensitivity and available resources.
• Assign duties to appropriate warehouse staff.

• Hold regular meeting with warehouse staff to assess groups overall status.

Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of client account relating to the receipt, storage, shipment or transportation of goods and the maintenance of the client needs. Identify research, analyze and resolve any issue associated with customer shipments.
• Complete knowledge of operating WMS "CLICK"
• In-charge of product management inside the warehouse
• Responsible for the smooth flow of inbound and dispatch of product as per customer's instructions
• In-charge of maintaining KPI report and product flow monitoring activity
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly stock reports
• Provides Constant Customer Service for the Account
• Preparation of outbound shipping documents, i.e. Invoice, Packing List, etc.
• Making sure that SLA (Service Level Agreement) is always achieved on daily basis
• Pre-emptive analysis of manpower requirement for any upcoming activity
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Billing Reports
• Planning and implementation of stock takes and stock audits.
• Daily stock audits, cycle counts and auditing of marshalling area.
• Constantly improving applied processes for productivity improvements
• In Constant Correspondence with Origin/Destination Office and Customer for the smooth flow of Shipments
• Export order placement and planning as per the destination and mode of transportation
• Coordination with consignees, customer & shipping line / forwarder for shipment planning documentation and booking
• Arranging transportation to meet us with the deadlines / cutoffs and monitoring the loadings
• Maintaining trackers and updating export movements on excel and follow up on same
• Setting up Standard Operations Procedures meeting customer requirement
• Actively participate in the CEVA 5S and Lean wave implementation programs
