Liaison with Middle East Enterprise Clients to understand and resolved all technical pain areas and concerns related to
IT Infra- structure’s, Cloud, Multi-Tier Cloud Data management with principals such as Dell-EMC, HPE, Barracuda,
VMware, MSB, Azure, AWS, Wasabi, Commvault Metallic and Automation Anywhere etc.
− Discuss with various Principals and Application Vendors to obtain their preferred specs in order to configure and architect
the optimum solution for the customer.
− Holding and being part of intensiveclienttechnicalmeetings in order to better understand their requirement and judgment
criteria for the set of requirements.
− Select the most appropriate set of vendor in order to Design and Architect the optimum solution aligning technology to
Business requirements.
− Creating end to end solution, which involves analysis, feasibility study, and technical feasibility study, designing
architecture for IT Datacenter Infrastructure Consolidation, Virtualization, Automation, Backup, Data protection,
Disaster recovery, Cloud technologies etc. .
− Architecting Multi-Tier Cloud Platforms- such as Hybrid Clouds, Private Cloud, Software Defined Datacenter (SDDC)
on Azure, AWS, Wasabi, and Commvault Metallic.
− Architecting Solutions for Cloud Solution Platforms on Azure, AWS and Wasabi for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS),
Compute as a Service (CaaS), Storage as a Service (SaaS), Software as a Service (SAS), Backup as a Service (BaaS),
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) etc.
− Preparing Solution Design Document (SDD) containing the complete Technical Annexure, Scope of Work, Transition
Phase management, risk analysis and mitigation and project deliverables

Main areas of responsibility include:
•Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
•Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
•Communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
•Provide a populated cost model for Product Line/functional group (including hardware, software, technical and opera- tional support).
•Provide the technical solution for their Product Line/functional area as part of a bid or proposal. This will be dis- charged in concert with the other Product Lines and functional groups
•Provide Solution for Systems, Storage, Backup, Infrastructure & Datacentre consolidation, Virtualization
•Provide a solution model based on Compute, Storage and Infrastructure as a service
•Assist in the development of group processes and tools, when required.
•Able to take the technical solution and using some commercial interpretation create a proposal that is sales-oriented.
•Able to assist with the transformation requirements to the point of demonstrating our the company’s ability to change the current state of operation to a more appropriate and standard environment.
•Understand the Product Line/functional Area and which Subject Matter Experts are available, as well as knowing how to apply company standards.

Attainments:
•Liaison with Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) SMB and Enterprise customer and resolved all technical con- cerns related to HP Proliant, Blade servers and all HP storage smart array modules, and tape drives, autoloaders and tape libraries.
•Installed and monitored the troubleshooting of HP server management and monitoring software like HP system insight manager, HP system management home page, HP rapid deployment pack backup software’s like Data protector express.
•Discuss with various Application Vendors to obtain their preferred specs in order to configure the optimum solution for the customer.
•Holding and being part of client meetings in order to better understand their requirement and judgment criteria for the set of requirements.

•Select the most appropriate set of hardware & software (server, storage and backup, etc) in order to configure the opti- mum solution, support and management for the client.
•Holding discussions with Vendors (HP, CISCO, Microsoft, and VMware, Citrix etc) in order to obtain special pricing for the customer.
•Providing proposing a Solution/configuration in response to Request For Quotation (RFQ
•Expertise in small and large data centre environments with Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft windows server 2003/2008, VMware ESX Server Virtualization, Citrix XenApps, XenDesktop and XenServer Infrastructure presales.
•Expertise in various backup strategies and disaster recovery solutions including a for foundation of a consolidated IT Infrastructure.

Main areas of responsibility include:
•Working on HP Sales Builder and various other sizing tools (Configuration Part).
•Providing commercial Quote and getting special pricing from HP is also part of profile (Finance Part).
•Holding intensive discussions with ASM, client, HP in order to arrive at the optimum solution forms a part of the daily job requirements (Interaction Part)
