Overall in charge of the Supply Chain Division, lead, manage, control, and oversee all related activities including purchasing, inventory, logistics and Business Optimizations & Improvements. Providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure successful delivery of Supply Chain functions across QCC holdings and all of its subsidiaries, responsible for overseeing the efficiency of related service delivery and acts as a link between QCC’s core business and all supply chain services
 Lead by developing and cascading the organization strategy/mission statement to the lower ranking managers and leaders, implementing appropriate rewards/recognitions, and coaching/corrective practices to align personnel with corporate goals.
 Drive and direct implementation of all QCC’s supply chain function strategies (Purchasing, logistics, Inventory, and Business Optimizations & Improvements) and responsible for the supply chain division alignment with QCC’s strategic objectives.
 Develop and sign-off supply chain strategies, policies, procedures, performance measures and budget proposals; authorize addendums/amendments to such deliverables in alignment with QCC’s corporate strategic direction and priorities.
 Ensure the right capabilities are deployed in the right place at the right time whilst rewarding and retaining talent, and monitor the compliance of the delivered supply chain services according to the agreed targets.
 Provide high quality shared services to QCC’s mature subsidiaries/new subsidiaries/special projects teams as requested and oversee development of highly qualified "Centers of Excellence" to best support subsidiaries as needed.

• Responsible to Director, EMEA Strategic Sourcing for a 400M € spare parts portfolio for 130 plants to include inventory control, procurement strategy and direction-setting for spare parts purchases within the Europe, Middle East and Africa Zones.

Manage, Review and Follow up all the contracts using supply chain management and e-procurements.
Review and approve big value Purchase Orders, Frame Agreements and Service Contracts prepared by the buyers.
Review all the Monitoring, tracking and weekly reporting of all Requests for Quotations and Purchase Orders and associated Frame Agreements involving suppliers manufacturing and delivery progress, provision of usable material tracking information for all end users of deliverables required on-site
Follow up constant cooperation between buyers and End Users, Subcontractors, Materials Management and Financial Department.
