AVIT is a largest company responsible for operation and maintenance for all airports systems in Egypt for SITA international Company, we are responsible for more than 1300 WKS, 50 server, 500 PC plasmas, other devices
I am responsible about
- Network troubleshooting
- Network Monitoring
Using HP open view, VNC, Dameware, Terminal Services Client, Solarwinds, Remote Administrator
- Configure and Troubleshoot Cisco switches and Routers
Such as (2900XL, 2950-12 FE, 2950-24 FE, 2924-12 Fiber, 3550, 3750-24 FE, 6509 Core Switch) also Cisco Routers such as ( 7206, 1720, 1721, 1750, 2600, 2800, 3620, 3725 ), Firewall ASA 5520
- Leased line troubleshooting
- ISDN Troubleshooting
- Wi-max Troubleshooting
- Operating systems troubleshooting and installation
Such as (Windows XP SP3, NT, 2000, 2003 server)
- installing and troubleshooting applications
I install many application such as ( Semantic client and server anti-virus, Mcafee anti-virus, SP3, and Aviation software such as (AODB (airport operational database), flight viewer, AMDB, AFTN, ARM(airport resource management), SITA text, PAX, BRS)
- Installing and troubleshooting Security applications
We use (SDM, Solarwinds TFTP server, KIWI Syslog server, HP open view)
- Monitoring and maintain Servers
I monitor and maintain many servers dedicated to SITA Company such as Enabler server’s, AMDB, AFTN, BRS, FIDS, IVR, Flight viewer and Domain Controllers.
- Handling end user problems
- Installing, Maintaining and troubleshoot BTP and ATB printers
- Maintain and troubleshoot FIDS plasmas
- Handling incidents by Emails
- Contact SITA 3rd level support
- preparing Shift report and incident report daily
I Teach CCNA Course with 90 Hour full Course on Real Cisco LAB with 1721 Routers and 2950 Switches, also I am Responsible about maintenance and troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches.
- I was a general manager for NAT Education Company; i was responsible about all of the following
. Making technical interview with new employees for full time employee and freelancer instructors
. Train the customer service and sales employee for their work tasks
. Handling second level problems with customers
. Handling everything about advertising
. Handling everything about courses prices
. Make a meeting with other companies to advertise about our services
. Make a meeting with instructors to discusses the courses and their problems
. Second level supporting for technical issues for (Network, internet, workstations, software applications)

. Make changes in courses and their schedule
- I teach Cisco training Course (CCNA & CCNP) CCNA 90 Hour full training course and CCNP 144 HR full Training Course.
