I am working in multinational company established in 1984 with a capital of KD 100, 000 by more than 60 Stores in Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Initially founded to cater to the sports category, exclusive brands, fashion brands related to apparel, footwear and accessories.
Responsible for overall operations of Warehouse, having staff of 55 people including management staff, (11) trucks, drivers, security guards etc.
Manage 5 Locations as a warehouses in different areas.
Founded new 2 Warehouses to accommodate the new goods.
Responsible for the distribution of goods (more 7500 items) to 7 Showrooms and ensure proper and timely deliveries over all Egypt with goods turnover of KD 10 millions (LE 25 milions).
Manage Logistics plans, policies and procedures in line with corporate Logistics strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
Manage annual allocated budget, managing expenditure up to set limits, optimising and reducing costs where possible and reporting variances versus budget, in order to ensure effective cost management.
Arrange Warehouse merchandise in order to ensure maximum utilization of space.
Ensure Warehouse merchandise stocking is done with clear visibility and easy to pick.
Responsible for the receipt of shipments and the report of variances.
•Plan, supervise and control the implementation of all the company purchases of goods, equipment, stationery, office fixed assets, supplies and services, from local and Turkish suppliers, and ensure that all orders are received and cleared as per agreed schedules and in a cost/quality effective manner.
and plan the distribution to the Hayper markets and Co-ops.
•Planing for the marketing strategies for the brand and manage the marketing mix (Outdoor, On-line, Newspaper, Magazines, Radio, Flayers and prizes campaign) to achieve highly sales with annual budget 106k $ .

•Identify and develop new target markets to meet the long-term needs of the organization and research and development, including conducting market research and analyzing findings.

1- Initiating
---Successfully completed my training program 2007 which
included a visit to ISTIKBAL factory in Turkey which focused mainly on product training and ordering by Oracle system.
--- Defining and developing the scope plan including policies and procedures that meet the needs of our Business that will implementing.
2- Planing
From our Scope Plan and SWOT analysis I put our plan for Procurement, HR, Marketing, Quality, Cost, and Time.
3- Executing
3-1 Showroom
Establishing the Showroom (3000 sq) from construction to the grand opening by supervise construction and close liaising with the interior designers and decorators to satisfactory completion the Showroom.
3-2 Procurement
--- Order the ISTIKBAL Furniture by select the items through on-line oracle system by budget 900k $ and taking the product manager tasks.
--- Purchasing the local Furniture to complete the range.
--- Negotiating competitive and advantageous terms with a global
shipping Company to handle our cargo.
3-3 HR
--- Recruit several key personnel such as Showroom Manager, Interior designer, Customer service, Sales staff, HR coordinator, Accountant, Installation team, Warehouse and Distribution Manager and his staff.
--- Monitor the KPI's with the HR coordinator.
--- Conduct weekly staff meeting.
3-4 Marketing
Planing for the marketing strategies for the brand and manage the marketing mix (Outdoor, On-line, Newspaper, Magazines, Radio, Flayers and prizes campaign in TV in Ramadan) to achieve highly sales with annual budget $250k and manage the external marketing agency.
3-5 Sales
Follow up with the Sales Manager achieve the sales forecast and looking for his training schedule and the feedback from sales team and ensure that all the staff have weekly product knowledge for the new items.
3-6 Customer service
---Direct & Develop the Customer service including policies & procedures, Strategic and Operational.
--- Follow up with Customer service department day to day the customer's compliance and how to deal with it to achieving the company’s quality of service objectives and to ensure the efficiency of delivery system with company’s service level.
I set up cycle documentary of the company where the company has three central markets and has five warehouses, and did not have the documentary .
In addition, I am activating the documentary on computer by using bar-code system in order to link between warehouses and three central markets .
Responsible for the movement of trucks (15 trucks ) and the distribution of goods to markets .
The number of staff under hands 75 employees (store keepers, drivers, workers).
Responsible for overall operations of Warehouse, having staff of around 65 people including management staff, trucks, drivers, security guards etc.

Review slow moving, non moving and obsolete items and coordinate with Operation Managers on course of action.
Forecasting and controlling stock levels, delivary time, transport cost.
Supervises the year-end inventory in warehouse.
In 2000 the number of company Showrooms were three and in 2006 were 46 Showrooms.
Proceed customers orders by organising the delivery and all necessary documentation.
Inventory control on 7 warehouses, Main store; Maintenance store; Glass store; Wood store; Paints store; finished product store; Warehouse operations .
Prepare Stores reports to the President of the Board of Directors .
Contributed to the conversion of the documentary to Access Program .
