3-2 Procurement
--- Order the ISTIKBAL Furniture by select the items through on-line oracle system by budget 900k $ and taking the product manager tasks.
--- Purchasing the local Furniture to complete the range.
--- Negotiating competitive and advantageous terms with a global
shipping Company to handle our cargo.

3-3 HR
--- Recruit several key personnel such as Showroom Manager, Interior designer, Customer service, Sales staff, HR coordinator, Accountant, Installation team, Warehouse and Distribution Manager and his staff.
--- Monitor the KPI's with the HR coordinator.
--- Conduct weekly staff meeting.

3-4 Marketing
Planing for the marketing strategies for the brand and manage the marketing mix (Outdoor, On-line, Newspaper, Magazines, Radio, Flayers and prizes campaign in TV in Ramadan) to achieve highly sales with annual budget $250k and manage the external marketing agency.

3-5 Sales
Follow up with the Sales Manager achieve the sales forecast and looking for his training schedule and the feedback from sales team and ensure that all the staff have weekly product knowledge for the new items.

3-6 Customer service
---Direct & Develop the Customer service including policies & procedures, Strategic and Operational.

--- Follow up with Customer service department day to day the customer's compliance and how to deal with it to achieving the company’s quality of service objectives and to ensure the efficiency of delivery system with company’s service level.
