Group Finance Manager - Premier Services & Recruitment, Egypt.

Responsible for managing the key financial accounts, Budgeting & financial planning and maximizing performance and cash flow of Premier Group.
Duties
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• Managing budgets
• Maintain banking relationships, Managing and monitoring Loans, Grants and Facilities.
• Managing and Leading the accounting/financial team in order to achieve the company’s objectives and goals.
• Working closely with Account Managers to strengthen key areas and target financial growth.
• Gathering and presenting key data to Top Management and recommending necessary actions to detailed forecasts.
• Managing the Outsource financial issues, Contracts, Payments and Invoices.
• Creating and working to financial growth plans.
• Ongoing review of cash flow and production of forecasts analysis.
• Negotiating on major projects, Preparing Visibility studies
• Managing Financial proposals, Auctions (Online/Manual)
• Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
• Managing, Enhancing and monitoring Company Tax position and reduce Tax levy.
• Monitor and develop the performance of the team via team building, training.
*Managing several key financial accounts.
•Following up the head office in Dubai UAE, in new decision making, business development, Planning and control via several visits to Regional Office, training.
•Monitoring and managing large budgets.
•Reporting forecasts to executives.
•Troubleshooting and monitoring account performance.
•Reviewing financial and budgetary data and streamlining areas to maximize potential profits.
•Manage Capital Expenditures and Project under construction (WIP).
•Report on Company Assets and liabilities including balance sheet account reconciliations and review of intangible assets (all build up phases
•Fully Responsibility for Company Taxation, Reports, Claims, Governmental Forms, Tax Payments in timely Manner (Sales Tax - Salary Tax - Withholding Tax - Stamp Tax - Corporate tax) Reported to Finance Manager.
•Attend and Represent the Company in tax inspection, Preparing Accounting. Reports needed for Inspection.
•Delegated to Attend Internal Tax Committees, introducing, and receiving Claims.
•Work on company Tax compliance & Reducing Tax Burden.
•Provide Internal Auditors with analytical Accounting Reports & Information.
•Assist in Preparing Financial Statement with Finance Manager.
•Assist in preparing Corporate Annual Tax Report of the Company through consolidated Financial Statements.
•Monitor & Review DCR (Daily Sales Reconciliation)
•Prepare Cash Forecast Report Annually - Monthly.
•Prepare & Monitor Bank Reconciliations.
•Calculating & Monitor Shipments Cost.
• Monitor and Review Prepaid & I.C. Expenses (Affiliated Companies Accounts)
•Prepare & Monitor Monthly Closing & Reports.
•Chief of a Committee of Annual Physical Count for Funds and Fixed Assets.
•Member of the Committee of Annual Physical Count for Inventory.
•Preparing cash forecast Daily Wise
•Preparing Sales Phasing Report (Monthly - Weekly)
•Assist with FM in Budgeting.
Design, control and monitor all company Document Cycle (Customer - Sub Constructors Vendors Payment certificates - Inventory document cycle and controlling system- etc...)
•Approve or reject, or coordinate the approval and rejection of, lines of credit and commercial, real estate, and personal loans.
• Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial status of firms.
• Establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping.
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets.
•Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
• Network within communities to find and attract new business.
• Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.
•Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of workers in branches, offices, or departments of such establishments as branch banks, brokerage firms, risk and insurance departments, or credit departments.
•Handling petty cash and Prepare related entries.
•Review DCR (daily sales collection) reports and entries
•Responsible for Merchandise Accounts Payable, entries & Payments and Aging.
•Prepare Bank reconciliations.
•AP Reports Reconciliations & Aging.
•Assist in Audit inspection
•Assist in Stock take physical count.
Prepare and monitor AP Payment Certificates
•Prepare and monitor Sub Constructors Payment Certificate
•Analysis for Cost of operations (Direct & Indirect)
•Review AR balances and Aging.
•Prepare Bank Reconciliations.
Handling Petty cash accounts & Entries
•Prepare GL entries
•Assist in Audit inspection
Ministry of Finance – Tax Authority (Training Division) Diploma in Taxation (2010), Scope of Study including:- A- Global Tax Program (All Taxes) – Excellent Degree. B- Corporate Tax (Tax Return) – Excellent Degree
University of Cairo – Faculty of Commerce (1996 - 2000) BSc in Accounting. Including the following modules: • Operations management. • Economics for business. • Financial accounting. • Auditing. • Advanced management accounting.
