* NPS is a Drug Distribution Co which had 7 branches over the country, my role was to plan, implement Strategies, and control warehouse operations and transportation all over the country
Warehouse Operations Management:
- Prepare annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; Identify human resources matrix - Warehouses seizing, site location, design, performing startup, operational costs
- Warehouse ABC segmentation, arrangement according to picking in ZONES
- Supervising item receiving, dispatching, storing, picking and regular Cycle counting
- Process design: sequencing and segmentation to ensure maximum optimized performance
- Coordinate with Procurement Department for stock level control, products availability and lag time minimization
- Lead Warehouse managers to ensure labor training and motivation to carry out their responsibilities according to the SOP's

Logistics Management:
- Maintain lean transport of goods all over the country; either from suppliers (Vendors), or inter-branch transport or to final Customers.
- Define territory classifications and number of rounds, exit times according to unit sales cost allocation matrix
- Supervise regular car maintenance, drivers' performance and evaluation through district managers
- Ensure the maximum speed and minimum cost in an efficient way in transportation which meets customer (retail pharmacies) and business needs

As a warehouse manager is an to ensure the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow between Vendor companies and the point of consumption (warehouse) in order to fulfill the real customer's needs with the right quantities at the right time in his place.
Warehouse Management:
• Reduce receiving time with accuracy, ensure state, Exp Date B.No Quality and Quantity validity
* Manage inventory dispatching, arrangement and storage effectiveness, applying GSP, Health & Safety regulations
• Responsible for streamlining warehouse Picking and packing process continuously,
* Applying FIFO, improving productivity, quality and cost
* Regular Cycle count and Troubleshooting systems deficiencies and operational bottlenecks
Inventory management:
- Studying stock records and recommending remedial actions for reported nonusable, slow moving, and excess or dead stock
• Provide ongoing support and expertise to telesales team for new items and generics
* Handling customer complains and after sales complains & Solving any arising problems
Logistics & Distribution:
• Manage Inter - Branch Transfer and delay using a strong ERP system.
• Coordinate all transportation of goods in a timely, cost efficient manner.
• Regarding ROUNDS (Distribution cycles) Work to reduce turnaround time on customer orders and deliveries.
Reverse Logistics
- Control the process of collecting expired items from retail pharmacies to a central warehouse - Exp item segregation and arranging return to vendors and manufacturing Co.s
- Addressing MOH for burying and burning un-returned items according to ISO regulations
