My role is
-Leasing

-Supervision on subcontractors’ performance :
cleaning, Landscape, Pest control, Valet Parking, Air fresheners and Waste management
My tasks are the followings:

- Operation Tasks (Facilities services) as the below:
We are contracting with companies (Subcontractors) which are providing our properties with various services like Cleaning, Valet parking, Air fresheners, Landscape, Compacters & Containers, Toilets stuff (Tissue- soap), Pest Control, my role is overseeing on those subcontractors as a management representative.
- Waste management.
- Bringing contractors' quotations.

- Provide information to tenants about building facilities, events, etc.

- Front office, guiding customers to their destinations, helping the customers to take a view of the Avenues Mall, handling angry customers,
- Making the Mall quarter surveys (Tenants satisfaction)
- Making the weekly and monthly reports,
- Covering the events,
- Training the new employees.
- Coaching the current employees.

Manage all accounting transactions.
Prepare budget forecasts.
Publish financial statements in time.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Bachelor degree in Accounting Faculty of commerce - Cairo university
