• Performs the administrative aspects of the contract, including schedule and unscheduled inspection of accommodation and services provided therein.
• Supervisors and controls the allocation of the manpower as per the instruction and guidelines of the Superintendent.
• Prepares and submit advance leave schedule of the employees.
• Ensures preparation of time sheet and submission of time sheets on daily and monthly basis.

• Maintains an update record of performance reports, training reports and medical records of all the employees.

• Maintain throughout the Contract period, a mechanism whereby the issues/queries/complaints raised by the Contractor employees in relation to this contract are registered and redressed/resolved at the earliest possible opportunity.
• Responsible for employees as a point of contract for all matters relating to the Contract and obliged to clarify employees’ queries related to salary, leaves, transportation, residency, civil ID and or any other issues. arrange to provide the employees within reasonable time at assigned office, documents necessary for further submission related to ministerial requirements, banking requirements, Embassy requirements, travels and the like.
• Maintain update records including list of personnel, validity of residence, Civil ID, and access pass and shall ensure renewal of the same sufficiently in advance to ensure continuity of services throughout the Contract Period. maintain such records for the Company’s verification/audit and submit relevant records as and when required by the Company.
• Ensure on daily basis, that Service are performed as per the Contract requirements. By make regular visits to the Contractor’s Accommodation, and monitor the Services provided therein and arrange for correction in case of any non-compliance with the Contract requirements and submit reports to the Superintendent.
• Monitor the provision of transportation service and provision of food at site.

• Communication and engagement: Engaging external (e.g. visitors, suppliers and other stakeholders) and internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment on AGI's HSSE efforts and performance and obtain objective feedback. Cooperating with other functions, the CEO and business partners to drive performance.
• Budget: Participating in defining the annual budget for area of responsibility and is accountable
for managing performance against agreed financial targets and constraints.
• Operational support: Ensuring appropriate HSSE equipment and tools are available and used. Identifying, planning and initiating training need, e.g. for employees, site managers, contractors, site managers, and facilitates delivery of support from the CEO. Driving and ensures compliance with Group management systems.
• Project management: Contributing to and/or plans and executes Safety (and/or) Security (and/or) Environment performance and Corporate Responsibility related projects. Developing and reports on project objectives. Managing project resources such as manpower, financials and other
relevant factors.
