Project: Aswan-Benban (FIT) Program 100 MW PV Solar Plant.
Major Responsibilities:
EPC of 2*50 MW PV Plant turnkey and O&M project, Inverter Station (ABB), Single axial tracker (Next tracker), 325 MWP Double glass PV module (Trina Solar).
• Ensure the Projects are executed in full compliance with the PPA or as agreed with the off taker, the O&M Agreement, the EPC agreement, including review/preparation of Covenant List and Risk Matrix in coordination with the Contracts Manager where required, Oversee the required Permits are obtained on due time, Responsible for managing in daily basis all on-site activities for the construction supervision (Electromechanical, civil, HSE, QA/QC, … etc.).
• Supervise Ramming, Pull out tests, Torque Tubes, panel rails and module installation including all civil activities and fencing (MV Cable trenches, DC trenches, ITS Foundations, Water pipe line, MV Substation Building, O & M Building and UG Tanks.
• Identifies, evaluates resolves or escalates, and records all construction issues/problems and review the status of materials delivery, tracking, distribution.
• Oversee and monitor all resources (materials, manpower, IFC DWG's)required for project completion and coordinate with the O.E for updating master DWG's list and material tracking sheet and manpower histogram.
• Coordinates with the Owner’s Engineer, the EPC Contractor and the Quality Manager in order to facilitate the implementation of the Quality Plan (Oversee and Monitor) as well as tracking of Facility Management Company.
• Participates with the Project Manager in construction meetings with Project stakeholders’ and FMC (Facility Management Contractor).

Major Responsibilities:
• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach.
• Manages project budget to ensure that the project financials are accurate as it pertains to revenue, cost and income forecasts.
• Checking drawings, BOQ ensuring that calculations are accurate and within budget.
• Facilitates testing & commissioning team for smooth running of the Project.
• To implement policies, establish procedure and expedite work flow.

- Responsible for management of site execution as per design within the cost, time and quality for turnkey substations : EPC-Turn Key project (132/11 KV GIS 2 Nos. Substation).
-Verify that the procedures for construction work progress measurements are correctly implemented and the subcontractors are performing the work and mobilizing the resources according to the needs of construction schedule, also providing the weekly and monthly construction reports accomplished by look ahead.
- Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
Manage,
- monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors,
- supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
- Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.

- Facilitate testing and commissioning team for smooth running of project to avoid any delay.
- To direct and monitor all personnel activities within engineering area including manpower forecasting, staff assignments and performance reviews.
-To take leadership of and provide direction to design team and manage and ensure resolution of problems (Red marks/shop DWG’S and As-Built drawings).
- To implement policies, established procedures and expedite workflow.

Duties:
- Supervision of All Electrical construction activities on 4*250 MW GT GE frames 9E.
-Installation of GAS INSULATING SWITCH GEAR 220 KV (GIS) and Gantry Area.
-Pulling and Termination of 220KV Cables from Main Transformer to GIS.
-Erection of all EARTHING NETWOK including risers (pigtails) &Mesh, lightning protection and all MANHOLE (Duct Banks) and HAND HOLE.
-Installation of all GIS equipments including Crans&GIB&CCVT&CT&LINE TRAP (LMU) &Surge Arrestors (SA) &cable sealing end and Gantry.
-Installation of Batteries and Batteries Charger system for (220&48) VDC and UPS.
-Installation of Digital Power Line Carrier (DPLC) and all communication systems.
-Coupling With OHTL With slack span conductor.
