• Providing all kinds of support to the entire Credit Team in co-ordination with (Credit Marketing, Credit Admin, Risk Management, Operational Risk, Quality, IT, Admin & HR).
• Reporting to the Senior Management - preparation of performance summary report (Monthly Report of the Credit Department performance), preparation of portfolio movement report, approved enhancements report, RCC (Regional Credit Committee) approvals report & country risk exposure report.
• Coordinating with credit admin department in required approvals/clarifications for FOL issuance.
• Updating the MIS reports on daily/monthly/quarterly basis, exporting & reformatting the latest system updates of O/S and TAT for management reviews.
• Credit Applications/Proposals - Tracking & Recording of the CA’s sent to the H.O (as per the approval level) & approvals received.
• Co-coordinating with Quality Team during internal/external quality reviews/audits
• Tracking CC comments, required changes and actions. Tracking RCO's (Relationship Credit Officers) comments/acknowledgement for required actions/changes.
• Updating of RCO’s portfolio during new allocations/rotations of accounts or RCOs.
