Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up on orders, LPO’s and deliveries.
Responsible for Fixing products RSP in chain of hypermarkets as per the instruction from the management.
Responsible to list new SKU’s in the group of hypermarkets and get sample for their committee approval.
Achieving organizational objective and sales target set by the management.
Make sure the availability, freshness and visibility of our all SKU’s in order to avoid out of stock situation in the outlets.
Increase the products market share on the particular categories.
Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
Providing best service to the customer by giving deliveries on time and response their enquiry at the same time.
Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the Territory & maintain the existing customers. Support Customer Representative in growing accounts, by selling new distribution and programs. Manage the development of specific Regional Accounts within the Territory.Communicate & support the roll out of consumer & trade activities.Participate in negotiating & drive the execution of all CDAs within the territory.Ensure that all targeted accounts in the territory are compliant with the Pepsi-Cola merchandising & presence standards (model store)
Keep account files to Pepsi standard.Support successful execution of core work (delivery, backroom, management, merchandising and equipment).
Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs.Assist TDS in daily problem solving.Be the voice of the territory customers within the company.Reporting the competitors activities in the market to the company. Implement company plans and projects in the market.
Duties :
1. Handling daily operation: Hire, train and motivate temporary helpers, ensure coverage of all routes daily.
2. Providing territory support: Provides routing and file maintenance support, ensure selling tools and point of purchase material is available with all CRs, coordinate completion of identified resets-special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed.
3. Tracking measures and conducting problem solving: Identify recurring problem for continuous process improvement, actively participate in problem solving process, Execute action plans as directed by TDM in problem solving
1- Sell and execute all authorized products, packages, packages and promotions by displaying excellent customer service over an established route to regular customers
2- Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and is responsible for regulation rotation
3- Manage daily settlements of cash and collection of payment consistently
4- Fill and rotate all the shelves, displays and equipments in alignment with Pepsi-Cola standards
Duties :
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships .
• Determine the customers' requirements, to prepare an invoice .
• Suggest means of sale improvement to the supervisor as well as determining "slow moving" or "non-selling" items and suggesting sales action.
