Overall management of the project planning activities and scheduling through the life cycle for the project.
• Responsible for Risk Management.
• Ensure that the Project Planning is used actively to drive the project, anticipating issues and exploring alternatives.
• Monitors the performance of project compared to scheduled commitments, is proactive in the identification of risks and opportunities
recommendation of actions to drive on-time performance of the Business.
• Administering the project in entirety, involving - quantity surveying, technical analysis, progress cost estimate and cost control of

work processes.
• Submitted reports on project progress and other project specific information to the upper management as well as suggested
curative actions in case of variance.
