Improved and regularly went above our monthly store
and brand sales targets and KPIs;
• Improved sales by focusing on Conversion Rate (CR) and
Average Transaction Value (ATV);
• Worked closely with our company’s Brand Manager to
develop and execute sales’ plans;
• Conducted Peer Reviews on other showrooms and
shared best practice;
• Developed a VIP customer list to maintain active
communication with these customers;
• Worked closely with the marketing team to plan and
execute store specific campaigns and events;
• Proactively promoted company’s website & The Tavola
studio in store;
• Conducted appraisals every 6 months with staff and
reviewed with Operations Manager;
• Ensured showroom was in accordance with the Brand
guidelines.
Managed the staff including scheduling shifts, organizing
floor duties, handling work related issues, training staff on
policies, procedures and product knowledge;
• Assisted in all store administrative tasks (competitor report,
daily & monthly sales report, stock status report, weekly
best sellers report, sales analysis report);
• Handled banking responsibilities on a daily basis.
Assisted the Managers with all duties including
supporting floor staff, transitioning staff, writing reports
for company, scheduling staff, and handling staff
issues;
• Analysed sales figures and forecasted future sales
volumes;
• Communicated with all staff regarding promotions,
company sale standards and policies, changes in
shifts;
• Assisted customers with all of their needs whilst
maintaining good relationships with customers;
• Ensured team members were given support and
resources required to develop and grow including
highlighting team training needs.
Visual Merchandiser
• Prepared displays using visual guidelines as set out by
Jack Wills;
• Involved in rearranging, remerchandising and
replenishing new stock as it arrived;
• Coordinated store display in-line with brand guidelines
and strategies;
• Strong experience of space and visual planning within
the retail sector;
• Possess graphic design skills and experience of window
décor replications and special window concepts.
• Prepared for and served guests during banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality presentation, sanitation and warm hospitality
• Learned the menu for each function, served and explained the major ingredients and preparation methods for each item to be served
• Completed side work such as refilling condiments, shaking and sorting linens, hanging drapes, cleaning/storing serving equipment and props
• Led banquet team in setting up and breaking down buffet and other special food service stations following standard policies and procedures
