- Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation.
- Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy.

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.

- Coordinating exhibitions and conferences: Facilitating product exhibitions in Dubai and organizing a trade fare for doctors and dealers of medical instruments in Jeddah.
- Planning and Operation: Controlling the timely distribution of medical instruments to dealers within Saudi Arabia.
- Drafting business plans: Forecasting and reviewing quarterly and yearly targets for the company.
- Communicating with foreign business relating to imports: Attracting and retaining new franchises.
- Preparing company budgets for salaries, compensation and promotion: Planning

- Financial and Inventory Controller in Logistics Department: Checking stock levels between French franchises and customers in Saudi Arabia to ensure a
consistent level of inventory. Also in charge to ascertaining the profit derived from each product within the franchise through the various customers.
- Customer Relationship Duties: Interacting with middlemen and dealers to discern their satisfaction with the various franchises and to understand product performance in the market and exchange notes on profit margins.
- Pitching for Contracts: Sponsoring bids for contracts with Saudi Airlines.

- Pilgrim Hospitality: Providing housing, feeding, and transportation services for 30, 000 Iraqi pilgrims to Saudi Arabia during the Hajj season.
-Catering Logistics: Planning for and implementing food delivery to pilgrims across a network of hotels in Makkah and Jeddah.
- Monitoring System for Pilgrims: Deploying computerized systems to monitor the flow of vehicles and services to serve pilgrims.
-Facilitating web-based infrastructure: Using internet systems to inform, collect, retain and return lost but found pilgrim items.

• Some tours and training in the following departments: Training center, Logistic department, Central Supply Warehouse, Air Transport Unit and Operation & Maintained department.

- Inventory Control: Ensuring the presence of inventory in vans and the fulfillment of daily orders.
- Supervisor: Observer contractors for the construction of a new warehouse.
- Inspecting Machinery: Checking the fitness of purpose of new machines used for refill and packaging of P&G products.
