Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare interim and annual financial statements including (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
• Assist in the preparation of the annual tax form according to the new tax law (91 for 2005)
• Assist in preparing for annual board meeting including the presentation of financial position and the expectations of the next period.
• Support top management with regular report (monthly) about products & branches' activities (sales revenue, receivables position, stock level etc)
• Supervising of the activities of electric panel factory accounts (inventory control, cost estimation of products, and estimate the cost ratios)
• Supervising of company's trade branches and preparation of the interim and annual financial positions.
• Reviewing & Reporting the progress big projects and Electrical constructions.
• Review of Suppliers' accounts & Receivables' accounts
• Handle prepaid and accrual accounts.
• Handle company fixed assets and process monthly depreciation using fixed asset module.
