Lead the human resources and administration team across the business units in addition to several transformation projects within sister company units, while implementing and delivering HR Strategy in addition to collaborating with senior leadership team to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions to enable accelerated business plans achievement and maximizing employees’ efficiencies through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition to attract, retain and motivate talents.
Lead the HR agenda including staffing needs, performance management, talent development, C&B activities, training agenda, capability building, rewards, and recognition etc. Partner with the leadership team on all business issues that needs HR interventions. Lead several transformation projects including process enhancement, cost allocations, talent pool, skill matrix, communication enhancement to ensure and organizational effectiveness through:
- Design and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention.
- Lead a process of organization development and change management that plans, communicate and integrate the results of strategic planning throughout the organization
- Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
- Interview management and executive level candidates as an interviewer for position finalists.

- Present periodic reports for management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Establish in-house employee training system “Stone Academy” that addresses company training needs including operational and interpersonal skills.
- Lead the development of benefit orientations and other benefits employee for options of improving or cost savings.
- Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with leadership principles.
- Support leaders to deliver team organizational development and capability needs.
- Lead the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
- Manage Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning that support business goals.
- Accurately determines the most effective training strategies, needs, methods, materials and the training will be applied.
- Coach Annual Operating Plan "PA" linked objective setting process to align individual performance to business outcome
- Developing processes that enable efficient and effective delivery of HR Operations, and relevant workforce data that can be used to make good business decisions.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Developing the policies study, conducting appropriate research, design, and surveys, communicating the approved policies, procedures and standards to support of their development and highlight key findings to support policy improvement initiatives and the implementation of procedures and standards.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

- Develop and prepare policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources
activities to ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor law and communicate them to all employees to
ensure full awareness of HR Policy and Procedures.
- Develop and design Key Performance Indicators for each position, objectives and manpower
planning for existing jobs.
- Supervise all recruitment process (recruitment and selection, job offer, hiring, contracts
for all employees) and exit interview for terminated employees.
- Developing performance appraisal tools and implement an efficient performance appraisal
system
during the probation period.
- Review the monthly variables and send the required reports for the payroll concerning all
employees’
variables as well as insurance reports.
- Responsible for all the disciplinary investigations in the operating unit.
- Conducting Orientation programs for new senior’s hires.
- Supervise and maintaining all employee files related the Egyptian labor law.
- Plan and implement HR staff communication and entertainment activities.
- Prepare the monthly variables and send the absence report on a monthly basis.
- Conducting induction training secession to Edita blue collars new hires.
- Fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities with high
qualified calibers for various vacancies.
- Supervise and maintaining all employee files related the Egyptian labor law.
- Manage all outsourcing catering and transportation companies to
ensure well delivering to all company benefits.
- Set and implement an effective performance appraisal.
