• Preparing of the production plan for all production stages ( Cut to length, Shearing,
Punching, Laser L3 SALVAGNINI, P4 SALVAGNINI, Bending SAFAN, Bending CUPER
Bending GASPARINI, Foam Injection, Refrigeration Section, Stainless Welding and Finishing
• Preparing of the YAMAZUMI Chart for all products to reduce the non value added and take the waste over
• Responsible of lean manufacturing strategies
• Responsible of Quality System Basic ( QSB )
• Measurement the productivity for all people every hour and make a daily report for the productivity
• Measurement the target of ( Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and the people performance ) every day
• Follow the products installation outside factory
• making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Responsible for products time studies
• Responsible for the application of the 5S system
• Responsible for SOS ( Standard Operation Sheet )
• Responsible for JES ( Job Element Sheet )
Responsible of lean manufacturing strategies
• Responsible of Quality System Basic ( QSB )

• Preparation of tally sheet for all products
• Carry out the Internal Audits of LEAN Methodology.

• To assist in the Documentation, implementation and maintenance of Records for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Policies and Management Systems.

Punching Fin Power C5, Punching Tailift, Punching LVD, Bending SAFAN, Bending CUPER,
Bending YSD, Press section, Plastic injection section, Welding section, Fiber glass section
And GEMA powder coating line
• Preparation of layout and flow material for production lines ( Punching, Bending, Presses, Welding, Spot welding, Fiberglass, Fiber optic, plastic injection, powder coating)
• Preparation of monthly production plan
• Responsible for products time studies
• Preparation of weekly OEE report (Overall equipment effectiveness)
• Create a new system for world class safety
• Create a new system for SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People )
