●Design, build, and document new systems infrastructure with appropriate resource sizing based on business requirements and following standards and project/operational requirements.
●Manage projects with a specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
●Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of future infrastructure systems and services
●Develop - with coordination with unit head - ITSM RFPs and Technical Proposals

●Create project plan, schedule, scope and reporting activities and effectively communicate project goals, objectives, and requirements
●Track and report progress of multiple projects at the same time and effectively utilize corporate PM methodology to manage projects
●Keep workforce motivated through coaching, mentoring and fostering innovative ideas that add value
●Keep up to date with trends in ITSM-ITOM - IAM- UEM Solutions, and the IT industry, including current agile methodologies, to implement the best practices
●Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
●Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
●Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
As Implementation Project Manager / Sr.Systems Engineer, my responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project technical duties
• Manage project with a specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
• Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships.
• Establish project plans for creating, enhancing and deploying, features and functions for Broadview Networks
• Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project team members and lead teams as required.
• Anticipate delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners to accomplish required tasks and provide project updates.
• Administer and evaluate the workflow of implementation processes and provide technical support to all associates.
• Implements monitoring and automation tools to serve, monitor infrastructure and applications

• Responsibility for the administration, maintenance, first level and second level IT support
• Optimization of the desktop infrastructure, applications and server infrastructure and supporting network
• Defining, applying and overseeing Active Directory Group Policy
• Daily health checks and monitoring of IT systems
