Initiate, coordinate and follow up monthly transmittals schedule between our partner in KSA and
all our technical teams.
* Build and update project schedules, Responsible for ensuring completion of activities according to
schedule, expedite and coordinate any delayed or potentially delayed activities and maintain
regular estimates of the time-to-completion for each task.
* Confer with Head of Performance and Quality Improvement to discuss project specifications or
procedures
* Develop or implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work.
* Coordinate submittals with all disciplines to be consistency
* Follow up technical discrepancies and conduct RFI to escalate problems if needed
* Review and follow up technical comments from our partners.
* Conduct progress reports for the project

Manage, assist and review design drawings, BOQ’s and specifications with the technical team .

KFCA (King Fahd Causeway Authority) Saudi Arabia.
Two administration buildings one at the Saudi Arabia side and the other at the Bahrain side.

* Monitor & Follow-up the weekly transmittals schedule received from the contractor, and to inform all
disciplines, if there is any modification in the schedule.
* Insure the proper distribution of the transmittals for all discipline
* Prepare a bi-weekly transmittals progress report highlighting the status of the transmittals
* Check the integrity of each delivery regarding the income and outcome transmittals
* Follow-up and maintain the weekly coordination meeting process with the contractor,
* To issue the MOM and distribute it to the corresponding team either from Consultant or Contractor
teams.
* Ensure that Construction Site has the latest and coordinated revisions of drawings.
* Ensure directing any problem raised from the Construction Site (due to transmittals) to the assigned
engineering team, till the problem is resolved.
