Under rules of Information Security compliance (PCI-DSS, SSAE/ SOC2).
* Maintain deployed security technologies providing accurate, detailed configurations,
repeatable processes, all under change management control,
* Evaluate risks associated with the procurement of new IT products/systems and
lead compliance assessments of third party service providers.
* Ensure adequate and effective IT controls exist to meet current and future security
compliance requirements found in laws and regulations.
* Assist units with remediation planning for current and future security vulnerabilities
and ensure identified gaps have been appropriately addressed to mitigate or
transfer risks.
* Prepare and maintain system security controls and hardening identify weaknesses,
vulnerabilities and propose the mitigation/remediation activities required.
* Monitor and Analyze all system logs & Events, activities and changes by corporate
Security tools like SIEM and FIM.
* Interface and work with credit card vendors, merchant banks and third party service
providers.

Data center Network infrastructure Manager
* Managing and building 3G routing infrastructure for APN of three GSM operators to
Fawry Production Data Center.
* Managing and Building all external network connection between Fawry and over 200
clients that includes banks, biller, charity organizations…etc and strategic accounts
(Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat…etc.).
* Design and implement a disaster recovery site with large scale infrastructure
(Network and Security).
* Managing and Building small Datacenters infrastructure (Power. A/C. Firefighting,
Fire alarm, Network).
* Extensive knowledge in Network Management, Security, MPLS traffic engineering
design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Ensure outages response and resolution times are kept within externally published
SLA levels.
* Oversee all network changes being done across the organization; including defining
network change policies, creating guidelines and setting standards.
* Managing all technical negotiation with the ISP organization and vendors.
* Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of network and system capacity utilization and
future trending.
A member of the team work involved in obtaining a certificate
* (COPC Inc.) Customer Operations Performance Center at the point of End users security.
* Responsible and have Experience for :-
* Monitor Analysis & Reporting Daily Logs, Debugs. System Availability automated.
* Development, monitor & implement Data security and end user computing policies.
* Exchange 2003/2010/2013 & Endpoint Security rules Administration.
* Enterprise Backup Online solution for Systems, Servers, End user Data.
* Administration & increasing performance for more than 34 servers with Reducing
down time policy. Including AD automated administration for more than 1500 users and
