-Review project technical submittals such as shop drawings, material submittal, method statement and reply contractor inquiries.
-Conduct site and factory inspections and review mock up and material samples.
-Monitor contractor site progress and prepare reports for management.
-Prepare value engineering and sketches for client when required.
-Coordinate with other disciplines and solve potential construction clashes.

Managing technical Office and responsible for producing and reviewing all construction technical documents to assure full compliance with project specification within assigned budget and planned time for completion considering also Safety and Environmental aspects

 Review All submittals such as Shop drawing, Material submittal, Method statement, ITP, Prequalification for subcontractor, ...etc.
 Conduct site inspections to monitor in progress activities quality and ensure that the project is running within the agreed timescale.
 Ensure that the contractor observe and implement the project specification, Civil Defense requirement and HSE polices.
 Prepare material presentation for client approvals and guide the contractor to present the mock ups in good manner.
 Advise client for Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
 Resolving problems that might occur during building and replying RFI’s
 Prepare weekly and monthly report for resident engineer.
 Attending to Co-ordination meeting with Client and Contractor.

 In charge of miscellaneous finishing works for East Mall Which is consists of food court, entertainment area, tenant areas and its service.
 Plan/schedule own work priories and activities in the line with management plans /directives and construction schedules referring unresolved conflicts to construction manager.
 Scheduling different activities in the section to assure work /tasks will be completed on time and within the contract budget.
 Attend progress, work shop and safety meetings held with the consultant and other related parties.
 Monitor and supervise the work under taken by subordinates taking any necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards e.g. contract documents, specification, method of statement, material approval, CCC Policy and procedures.

 In charge of miscellaneous finishing works for Residential and shopping mall area
Including masonry work, tiling, drywalls, false ceiling, timber floors, hand rails.
 Supervision of sub-contractors work (quality and productivity) follow up S/C’s technical problems with engineering and other departments.
 Prepare daily report to ensure that superior has the necessary up to date information.
 Ensure that work done as per project specifications and standards and follow up established rules, procedures and regulations and check work for completeness and accuracy.
