o Complete transaction in selling and purchasing of foreign currencies.
o Complete transaction in selling, purchasing and refund Travelers cheques.
o Training the junior Tellers.
o Audit the junior Tellers’ safes.
o Using an online Automation system with the head office.
o (Manual system when internet connection is down).
o Have the responsibility of entering the bank rates on the online automation system.
o Complete transaction in deposit and withdraw for American Express Credit Card.
-Depositing money done by using a P.O.S. machine.
o -Withdrawing money done by a phone call to the authorization department.
o Daily presents of reports against card payments in USD cash or by personal checks.
o Managing the checks received by sending it to the bank for collection.
o Dealing with all travel transactions (Invoices, refunds, credit and debit vouchers).
o Arrange the Attendance and vacations of my department for every branch.
o Covering my colleague’s vacations in and outside Cairo.
